EX Squared is seeking a Visual Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for translating concepts and brand strategies into compelling visual designs for our digital products and platforms.
What You'll Do
- Create high-fidelity visual designs, mockups, and prototypes for web and mobile applications.
- Develop and maintain visual design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and implementation quality.
- Present and articulate design decisions to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Produce a wide range of visual assets, including icons, illustrations, and data visualizations.
What We're Looking For
- A strong portfolio showcasing visual design work for digital products.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Solid understanding of visual design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote setting.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, problem-solving mindset.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in the United States. You will be working within a global team context.
