Pearl Talent is hiring a UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, user-centered digital experiences that balance usability, aesthetics, and business goals. You will own the full design lifecycle—from research and wireframing to high-fidelity UI design and prototyping—across web platforms, SaaS products, mobile applications, and marketing experiences.
What You'll Do
- Conduct user research and usability testing, analyze user behavior, and identify experience gaps.
- Create personas, user journeys, flow diagrams, and translate research insights into actionable design solutions.
- Build low- to high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes to demonstrate user flows.
- Design responsive layouts across devices and iterate designs based on feedback and testing results.
- Design polished, pixel-perfect interfaces aligned with brand guidelines, applying strong visual hierarchy, typography, and layout principles.
- Create reusable UI components, patterns, and conversion-focused landing pages and product interfaces.
- Build and maintain scalable design systems, document reusable components, and ensure consistency across products.
- Plan and execute usability testing, analyze findings, and iterate on designs to optimize user flows.
- Partner with product managers and developers, present design concepts to stakeholders, and participate in reviews and planning sessions.
What We're Looking For
- 1–2+ years of UI/UX design experience.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating your end-to-end design process.
- Proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and UI design.
- A solid understanding of UX principles and interaction design.
- Strong visual design fundamentals (layout, typography, hierarchy).
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Nice to Have
- User research or usability testing experience.
- Conversion-focused or CRO design exposure.
- Experience designing SaaS, mobile apps, or dashboards.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Basic understanding of front-end constraints (HTML/CSS concepts).
