MultiCare is looking for a Virtual Telesitter to play a vital role on our health care team. You will provide first-line support for at-risk patients and maintain patient safety, enabling the nursing staff to focus on optimal care management and outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Provide continuous remote monitoring and observation of assigned patients.
- Support patients with verbal redirection to avoid engaging in at-risk behaviors.
- Partner with nursing staff in full collaboration.
- Utilize independent decision-making skills within a supportive environment.
- Manage appropriate supplemental documentation for observation periods.
What We're Looking For
- Washington State Certified Nursing Assistant license (CNA).
- Current BLS certification.
- Successful completion of monitoring equipment class within one (1) month of hire.
Nice to Have
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous patient care experience.
