Fullmind is looking for a Virtual Support Needs Educator to deliver live-streamed instruction to students. You will teach the district curriculum on their virtual platform while partnering with an in-class facilitator physically present with the students. This role supports Fullmind’s mission to partner with hundreds of U.S. schools and ensure every child has access to education.
What You'll Do
- Teach the school's curriculum on the district virtual platform.
- Attend district professional development sessions and faculty meetings.
- Record student progress and keep track of student grades and performance.
- Partner with an in-class facilitator who is physically with the students.
- Promote creativity and excitement in the virtual learning environment.
- Create strategies to engage and nurture student learning and student relationships.
- Create lesson plans aligned with the class curriculum.
What We're Looking For
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Currently hold an active, USA state-issued Mild to Moderate Support Needs or Extensive Support Needs California teaching certification.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a professional educator.
- Must have a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university.
- Laptop or desktop computer, webcam, headset, and reliable internet access.
- Participate in a virtual skills teaching demonstration and submit a background check.
- LiveScan Fingerprinting will be required, and must live near a LiveScan location or be willing to drive to one.
Nice to Have
- SEIS knowledge is highly preferred.
- Prior online teaching experience is a plus.

Benefits & Compensation
- Daily Rate: $300
- This is a contract position and does not include benefits.
