Voicify (Bite Ninja) is hiring a contract Virtual Restaurant Order Taker. In this role, you will provide customer service by taking drive-thru orders remotely from your home for popular restaurant brands across the United States.
What You'll Do
- Take drive-thru orders for top restaurant brands across the country from your own home using our specialized software.
What We're Looking For
- 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be in the US and live in one of the following states: Texas, South Carolina, Alabama, Arkansas, Tennessee, Georgia, West Virginia, Kentucky.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Laptop or desktop computer, 2020 or newer.
- High speed internet connection.
- Quiet workspace.
- Basic tech skills.
- Ability to quickly learn restaurant menus and point-of-sale systems.
- Must be available during weekdays.
Nice to Have
- Previous restaurant experience.
Benefits & Compensation
- Flat compensation for the completion of your certification, paid out with your first shift.
- Compensation from $10/hour.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote, contract position. You will work from your home within the specified state list.
