Fullmind partners with hundreds of U.S. schools to ensure every child has access to education. We are seeking a New York State certified Middle School Math teacher for a 1099 Independent Contractor position providing virtual instruction. You will teach the school's curriculum via a district virtual platform, partner with an in-class facilitator, and help maintain an engaging remote learning environment.
What You'll Do
- Teach the school's curriculum using the district virtual platform.
- Create lesson plans aligned with the class curriculum.
- Record student progress and track grades and performance.
- Create strategies to engage and nurture student learning and relationships.
- Promote creativity and excitement in the virtual learning environment.
- Partner with an in-class facilitator who is physically present with students.
- Attend district professional development sessions and faculty meetings.
What We're Looking For
- Valid NYS teacher certification in Middle School Math.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Laptop or desktop computer, webcam, headset, and reliable internet access.
- Ability to complete a virtual skills teaching demonstration and submit a background check as part of the application process.

- Prior online teaching experience.

Benefits & Compensation
- $325-$340 daily rate; rates are negotiable and subject to change.
