Whizz is looking for a Virtual Customer Service Representative to provide front-line support to customers visiting our locations through a live video connection. You will be a key part of our mission to revolutionize transportation for delivery drivers by providing reliable e-mobility solutions, helping customers from a distance with clarity and a friendly approach.
What You'll Do
- Assist customers through a monitor installed at our locations via live video connection.
- Guide customers, answer questions, and help resolve common service requests.
- Help new customers choose the right bike, battery, accessories, and services.
- Explain bike features, subscription plans, and pricing to new customers.
- Assist new customers with signing up, creating accounts, and completing payments.
- Use sales techniques to convert potential customers into subscribers.
- Support existing customers with subscription questions, payments, and account issues.
- Help customers troubleshoot basic bike or service issues remotely.
- Coordinate service requests and follow-ups with the operations team.
- Address customer concerns and objections while maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
- Provide clear, accurate, and friendly communication to customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams via chat and messaging tools to resolve customer requests.
- Build trust and long-term relationships with our rider community.
What We're Looking For
