The Global Talent Co. is hiring a Virtual Assistant/Contracts Administrator (German-speaking)

Responsibilities

  • Manage contracts from initiation to closure.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure contract compliance.
  • Maintain contract database and ensure data accuracy.
  • Assist in the preparation of contract reports.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to contracts.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders in German and English.
  • Provide support to the team on contract-related queries.
  • Ensure timely completion of contract-related tasks.
  • Assist in the negotiation and review of contracts.
  • Monitor contract performance and report on key metrics.
  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.
  • Manage calendars and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Handle correspondence and respond to emails.
  • Prepare and process invoices and payments.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and documents.
