Klaviyo is looking for a Video Producer to join our Customer Education organization. You will plan, produce, and scale educational video content that helps customers and partners understand how and why Klaviyo works. This role brings structure and consistency to how video content is planned, maintained, and localized.
What You'll Do
- Plan and produce educational video content, guiding projects from early planning through production and post-production.
- Act as the primary producer for how-to and partner video content, overseeing planning, coordination, and delivery.
- Own and evolve the processes used to prepare and maintain video content for localization.
- Plan, produce, and edit both scripted and unscripted video content for Klaviyo Partners.
- Collaborate with program owners, instructional designers, and other creative professionals to ensure content aligns with learning goals.
- Refine workflows, templates, and production practices to improve efficiency and quality as video content scales.
- Transform workflows by putting AI at the center to build smarter systems.
What We're Looking For
- Strong proficiency with professional video production and audio editing software.
- Experience as a formal producer, project coordinator, or similar role with planning and coordination responsibility.
- Experience leading projects end to end, including setting strategy and overseeing workflows through delivery.
- Experience producing educational content for learning-focused audiences.
- Experience working in fast-moving or evolving environments, ideally within a tech or SaaS context.
- You’ve already experimented with AI in work or personal projects.
- Proficient using Adobe Premiere Pro, including working within established templates and MOGRTs.
- Experience editing high-resolution 4K footage within a non-linear editor.
- Familiarity with audio tools such as Adobe Audition.
- Working familiarity with design tools such as Photoshop and Figma.
- Experience using project management tools such as Monday.com to plan work and track progress.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and keep timelines on track.
- Clear communicator comfortable collaborating across creative and program-focused teams.
Nice to Have
- Experience localizing video or educational content.
- Experience with consumer-grade tools, like iMovie or Adobe Premiere Rush.
- Familiarity with sprint-based or iterative production workflows.
- Experience shooting video using professional 4K cameras and related production equipment.
- An eye for design and an interest in developing visual design skills.
