Sieve is looking for a Video Editor / Motion Designer to create compelling visual narratives that engage our audiences. You will work closely with our product, marketing, and engineering teams to bring designs to life across desktop, mobile, and web surfaces, while contributing to the company's overall art direction.

What You'll Do

Create compelling visual narratives that engage target audiences
Work with engineering for implementation across desktop, mobile, and web surfaces
Contribute to the art direction for various facets of the company

What We're Looking For

2+ years of experience in graphic design, motion design, web design and video production/editing skills
A portfolio showcasing previous work
Schedule and availability to start within a week
Experience working with visual design systems across many digital and social brand aspects
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, and Premier Pro
Strong understanding of design principles, visual storytelling, timing, and composition
Experience using generative AI tools for image, video and asset generation

Nice to Have

Able to animate SVGs and translating them into web ready assets
Experience in making lightweight SVG animations
First-hand experience in creative tools like Spline, LottieFiles, Jitter, Rive, etc
Experience with implementation libraries like React Motion, GSAP etc
