Paired is looking for a Video Editor specializing in e-commerce creative to produce video ads that drive conversions. You will transform creative concepts into compelling direct-response content for a variety of digital platforms.
What You'll Do
- Edit video content for e-commerce brands, collaborating closely with the Creative Strategist
- Bring creative concepts and ideas to life through engaging video production
- Deliver 1-2 polished video concepts per day with quick turnaround times
- Create direct-response video content optimized for performance across digital platforms
- Use tools like Airtable and Notion to collaborate effectively and manage project workflows
- Maintain strong communication with internal teams and clients throughout the production process
- Track project timelines and deliverables to ensure on-time completion
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience editing short-form video content with a strong portfolio
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to create original video content and ad creatives from concept to completion
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their specific video requirements
- Excellent storytelling and visual communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities
Nice to Have
- Experience with motion graphics and animation
- Knowledge of color grading and audio editing
- Understanding of video marketing and conversion optimization
- Experience with various video formats and codecs
- Familiarity with social media analytics and performance metrics
