LaunchSquad is looking for a Video Editor and Designer to join our team. This role offers the flexibility of contract-to-hire or ongoing freelance engagement, focusing on creating impactful video content for client projects.

What You'll Do

Edit video content from raw footage to final deliverables
Design motion graphics, titles, and visual effects
Collaborate with creative and account teams to bring client stories to life
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Ensure brand consistency and high production quality across all video assets

What We're Looking For

Proven experience editing and designing video content for professional use
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of video and motion design work
Proficiency with industry-standard video editing and design software
Ability to receive feedback and iterate on creative work
Excellent communication and project management skills

Work Mode

This position offers a hybrid work model. You can work remotely or optionally from one of our hub locations in San Francisco, CA, New York, NY, or Boston, MA.
