PlayOn is looking for a Senior Product Designer, Ticketing to own the end-to-end user experience of our core product. You will join a product team focused on building intuitive and powerful solutions for our users.
What You'll Do
- Lead the design vision and execution for the Ticketing product line
- Conduct user research and translate insights into actionable design concepts
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs
- Collaborate closely with Product Management and Engineering to define requirements and ship features
- Contribute to and help evolve our design system and component library
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of product design experience with a focus on complex, transactional web applications
- A portfolio demonstrating your process from problem definition to final UI across web and mobile
- Expert proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma
- Strong communication skills to articulate design decisions and advocate for user needs
- Proven ability to work autonomously and drive projects forward in a remote environment
