Jobgether is looking for an Instructional Designer LC to create innovative curriculum and instructional content that equips employees with essential knowledge and skills. In this role, you will collaborate with SMEs, product teams, and stakeholders globally to build engaging learning experiences.

What You'll Do

Design and develop curriculum and course materials for assigned audiences and products, ensuring alignment with learning objectives.
Collaborate with SMEs, product teams, and stakeholders to create Instructor-Led, Virtual, eLearning, and emerging channel content.
Apply adult learning principles, instructional strategies, and modern learning theories to enhance knowledge retention and learner engagement.
Define and manage project schedules, oversee multiple courses simultaneously, and ensure timely delivery with quality standards.
Develop, edit, and maintain training materials, including slides, guides, exercises, case studies, job aids, and supplemental resources.
Conduct pilot sessions to validate course quality and implement improvements based on feedback.
Maintain training content in repositories, ensuring version control and accessibility for learners.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in any field.
3-5 years of instructional design experience with expertise in live (ILT, Virtual) or asynchronous (eLearning) modalities.
Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and blended learning design.
Proven ability to translate training needs into creative, engaging, and effective learning solutions.
Experience in curriculum development for technical or product-focused training.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Ability to collaborate, influence, and work across multi-cultural, global teams.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

Experience with software simulations, Salesforce, or SaaS technology is a plus.
Familiarity with the healthcare or life sciences industry is advantageous.
