Hampton Healthcare is seeking a creative Video Animator & Motion Graphics Designer to join our marketing team. You will be responsible for producing original, engaging content for social media platforms by conceptualizing, shooting, and editing short-form videos. The role involves leveraging AI tools for enhancement and designing motion graphics to bring the brand to life.
What You'll Do
- Produce original, engaging, and on-brand content for social media platforms like Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts.
- Conceptualize, shoot, and edit short-form videos designed to capture attention.
- Stay on top of digital trends and adapt them into scroll-stopping content.
- Edit a variety of content formats including product demos, eLearning videos, testimonials, and thought-leadership pieces.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance content with motion graphics, voiceovers, and smart edits.
- Seamlessly blend video, audio, stills, and motion graphics into high-impact multimedia.
- Create dynamic 2D animations and full-frame character animations to enhance visual storytelling.
- Design branded visuals, lower-thirds, and overlays that elevate the viewer experience.
- Adapt and repurpose assets for different platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan content calendars and campaign strategies.
- Schedule and publish video content across multiple platforms.
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize content for better engagement and reach.
- Ensure content aligns with campaign objectives.
- Actively contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions to keep content fresh and innovative.
What We're Looking For
- A strong portfolio showcasing video and animation work, storytelling, and creative alignment with brand goals.
- Hands-on experience in full-frame character animation and motion graphics design.
- Ability to turn complex concepts into clear, compelling visual stories.
- Proficiency with AI-powered tools and editing workflows.
- Strong sense of timing, pacing, and visual rhythm.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Self-driven and reliable, with the ability to manage projects independently.
- Stable internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps).
- Backup laptop, power source (UPS), and internet connection.
- Recommended setup: Intel Core i5 or equivalent with 8GB RAM or higher.
