What You'll Do
- Lead the strategy and execution of organizational change management programs
- Develop enablement frameworks to support business transformation
- Partner with leadership across departments to drive adoption of new processes and tools
- Measure and report on the impact of change initiatives

- Proven experience leading large-scale organizational change programs
- Experience in a senior leadership role within a corporate enablement function
- Strong strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to influence and drive alignment across diverse teams
