Modern Health is hiring a Vice President of Product Management to own and build our product line. In this high-visibility role, you will work hand-in-hand with the Chief Strategy Officer, the technology team, and the leadership team. You will set the long-term product vision, align cross-functional teams around shared goals, and drive measurable outcomes for customers and the business.
What You'll Do
- Hire, coach, and grow teams of all levels within product, design, and content.
- Develop and socialize a compelling research and data-informed product strategy.
- Define and report on KPIs to drive meaningful impact and inform decision-making.
- Create, maintain, and report on the product roadmap.
- Drive the execution of projects with your cross-functional counterparts across departments.
- Develop and iterate on processes that drive accountability and impact while maintaining flexibility.
- Foster a safe, fun, and fulfilling work environment for your teammates and cross-functional partners.
- Serve as the voice of product to the market, communicating our roadmap to clients, prospects, consultants, and our team.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of prior product management experience.
- 5+ years in a leadership capacity.
- At least 3+ years working on B2B/SaaS products and/or tech-enabled healthcare products.
- Experience hiring, coaching, and growing successful product management, design, and content teams in a dynamic startup environment.
- Experience working directly with customers to understand pain points and inform strategy and roadmap.
- Quantitative background to support data-informed decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills to share ideas, give and receive feedback, and communicate updates.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to develop strong working relationships across departments.
- Roll-up-your-sleeves mentality and unafraid to dig into the details to ensure alignment and success.
- Ability to lead significant cross-functional initiatives with stakeholders across departments.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and driving toward clarity.
- Experience presenting to senior executives, clients, and consultants.
Team & Environment
You will oversee the product, design, and content teams. You will partner closely with engineering, data, clinical care, operations, customer success, sales, marketing, and the entire executive team. This role reports to the Chief Strategy Officer.
