Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive data, analytics, and AI strategy that supports a multi-business organizational structure
- Position data as a core strategic resource to enhance decision-making, streamline operations, and drive revenue
- Oversee the architecture, deployment, and ongoing enhancement of an enterprise data platform using Microsoft Fabric for scalability, security, and performance
- Create a governed self-service analytics environment that empowers non-technical users with accessible dashboards and insights
- Advance analytics maturity by shifting from descriptive reporting to predictive and prescriptive models across all business areas
- Integrate AI and advanced analytics into key operational functions such as workforce planning, customer experience, marketing, lead generation, and logistics
- Design and execute data monetization initiatives, including the creation of revenue-generating data products and client-facing analytical tools
- Collaborate with sales, client, and operations teams to embed data insights into service offerings and strengthen market differentiation
- Define and standardize KPIs and reporting structures to ensure consistency and reliability across finance, HR, operations, and commercial functions
- Accelerate access to insights by enabling real-time or near real-time reporting and automated decision support systems
- Implement robust data governance, data quality controls, and master data management while preserving system agility and user access
- Establish clear data ownership, stewardship, and accountability frameworks across departments
- Manage and grow cross-functional teams in business intelligence, data engineering, and data science
- Shift team focus from traditional reporting to building data products and delivering advanced analytics solutions
- Enable end-to-end visibility by integrating data across BPO, marketing, fulfillment, logistics, and lead generation functions
- Work with senior leadership to align data initiatives with business strategy and track measurable outcomes
- Promote a data-driven culture by increasing data literacy, tool adoption, and accountability for data-informed decisions
