Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Vice President, Business Development to lead revenue growth and client satisfaction for strategic accounts. In this remote position based in the United Kingdom, you will combine business acumen, operational oversight, and leadership to drive long-term success.
What You'll Do
- Lead growth and profitability for assigned strategic accounts, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
- Develop and execute account strategies based on data insights, market trends, and revenue goals.
- Optimize pricing, manage scope changes, and ensure discounts are applied appropriately.
- Supervise day-to-day and strategic operational aspects of projects, serving as liaison between clients and internal teams.
- Promote a client-centric culture across accounts and act as the primary escalation point for delivery concerns.
- Collaborate with Sales and Delivery teams globally to standardize processes and drive continuous improvement.
- Mentor Client Service Directors and Account Managers, advising on project planning and problem-solving.
- Represent the organization at conferences, trade shows, and client events to promote capabilities and generate leads.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in senior business development or account management roles.
- Strong track record of managing strategic accounts and achieving revenue growth targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior staff effectively.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and data-driven account management.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client engagement and industry events.
- Highly self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently while influencing others.
