Venterra Realty is looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack) to join a distributed team dedicated to maintaining and expanding the company's technology offerings. This role involves building practical, efficient solutions by working across the full stack, from React and React Native frontends to backend Java applications and services, all within an agile environment.

What You'll Do

Utilize your expertise in both back-end and front-end development to architect solutions.
Collaborate with the development team and key stakeholders to deliver business-driven solutions and support.
Analyze technical issues and propose effective solutions.
Work collaboratively with third-party vendors.

What We're Looking For

Over 5 years of Java development experience.
Over 3 years of JavaScript development using modern frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.
Over 3 years of SQL experience.
Excellent communication skills.
A strong analytical mindset and a collaborative approach.

Nice to Have

Experience with Clean Coding principles (e.g., SOLID).
Familiarity with Java ORM frameworks, persistence frameworks like MyBatis, and relational databases.
Knowledge of JSX, TypeScript, and state management frameworks such as Redux or Mobx.
Experience with JavaScript packages, package managers, and bundlers for building complex interactive experiences.
Agile development experience and/or knowledge.
Familiarity with data flow and component-driven architectures, preferably with React.
Experience using and/or designing RESTful APIs.
Experience with VCS systems, particularly Git.
Understanding of browser rendering and performance fine-tuning.
Experience with IntelliJ IDE.
Experience with SQL Server.
Experience with GWT.
