Brand Boosting GmbH is looking for a UX/UI Designer Trainee (m/w/d) to join a 4-month bootcamp program. This practical training provides hands-on experience in product design, culminating in a certificate and active job search support. Through our platform, Digitale Leute, we network specialists and shape software development with partners like Airbnb, Porsche Digital, and Rewe Digital.

What You'll Do

Learn and apply User Research to understand user needs
Learn and apply Prototyping & Wireframing to make ideas tangible
Learn and conduct Usability Tests to gather feedback and improve solutions
Learn and practice Interface Design to create modern, user-friendly interfaces
Learn and work with Agile Methods like Scrum & Kanban in simulated product teams

What We're Looking For

Enthusiasm for design, technology & digital products
Team-oriented, communicative, and open to feedback
Good German language skills as the course and projects are mostly in German
No prior design knowledge required, only motivation & willingness to learn
