redbee is looking for a UX/UI Designer to craft user-centered digital experiences. You will be responsible for designing intuitive and engaging interfaces for our products.
What You'll Do
- Conduct user research and translate findings into design concepts.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to implement designs.
- Iterate on design solutions based on user feedback and usability testing.
- Help establish and maintain visual design standards and component libraries.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in UX/UI design for digital products.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and visual design skills.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Ability to communicate design decisions clearly to stakeholders.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position. Candidates must be based in Chile or Colombia.
