Binance is looking for a participant for its Binance Accelerator Program within the Product & Design track, focused on User Experience Design (UED). You will join the Design department to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, global environment.
What You'll Do
- Contribute to the design and user experience of Binance products under the guidance of experienced designers.
- Participate in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing processes.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate requirements into intuitive user interfaces.
- Help maintain and evolve design systems and user experience standards.
What We're Looking For
- Enrollment in or recent graduation from a program related to Design, HCI, or a similar field.
- Fundamental understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Basic proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, remote team.
- Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude in a dynamic, global setting.
Nice to Have
- Previous internship or project experience in UX/UI design.
- Basic understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Interest or experience in the fintech or blockchain industry.
- Portfolio showcasing design thinking and process.
Work Mode
This is a remote position. Eligible candidates must be based in Taiwan (Taipei), Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh), Indonesia (Jakarta), or Thailand (Bangkok).
