EX Squared is looking for a UX/UI Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing user-centered interfaces that are both functional and visually engaging. You will work on a variety of projects, collaborating to translate complex requirements into intuitive digital experiences.

What You'll Do

Conduct user research and translate findings into user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
Design intuitive user interfaces and visual assets for web and mobile applications.
Create and maintain design systems and component libraries.
Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency.
Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and team members.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience designing user interfaces for digital products.
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI design, interaction design, and visual design.
Proficiency with industry-standard design and prototyping tools.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative team environment.
