Maker Lab is hiring a UX Writer for a project with a forward-thinking technology client transforming the payments landscape. You will partner with designers and researchers to shape product experiences through meaningful text, define content strategy, and build cohesive product narratives across platforms.
What You'll Do
- Partner with UX Designers, product managers, UX Researchers, Project Managers, Content Strategists, and engineers to deliver engaging content and communications.
- Collaborate and integrate with clients’ marketing, branding, creative, and other teams.
- Drive ideas that connect with users through clear and concise copy across multiple touch points including page copy, labels, navigation, headings, and notifications.
- Initiate & execute UX writing projects and identify better approaches to drive efficiency, providing insights and feedback to the team.
- Ideate and execute ideas from beginning to end in a fast-paced working environment.
What We're Looking For
- At least 6+ years of writing experience in an agency, financial services firm, and hyper-growth technology companies.
- Experience leading large, complex content strategies for user experiences, from notifications to structuring content in the UI.
- Commitment to delivering work of the highest quality while working with team members to constantly develop new ideas and ensure consistency by building frameworks and guidelines.
- Sharp-eyed, detail-oriented approach and ability to serve as a good design ambassador.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communications and presentation skills.
Nice to Have
- Fluency in another Asian language to support projects spanning JAPAC.
