Responsibilities
- Design responsive and accessible user interfaces
- Translate design mockups into functional front-end code
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to define user flows
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Conduct usability testing and implement feedback
- Maintain design systems and component libraries
- Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Participate in design critiques and technical reviews
- Support accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
- Iterate on UI based on user research insights
- Integrate front-end components with backend services
- Troubleshoot and debug user interface issues
- Stay current with evolving web standards and tools
- Contribute to documentation for UI patterns and interactions
- Advocate for user-centered design principles
- Work within agile development cycles
- Prototype interactions and transitions for feedback
- Evaluate third-party UI libraries and tools
- Support consistent branding across digital products
