Responsibilities
- Design frictionless and joyful experiences that empower young players (ages 2 to 8) to explore, learn, and play
- Bring the game to life with dazzling pixel-perfect interfaces that capture the magic of the brand
- Create sketches, wireframes, and prototypes for early user testing
- Design intuitive interactions with a focus on curiosity, discovery, and user engagement
- Work alongside talented UX designers, product managers, engineers, and artists to bring your vision to life
- Use peer feedback and user testing insights to refine and improve designs and user-friendliness
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in user experience, visual design, marketing, or related field, with a portfolio that showcases your expertise
- UX design: concept and execution of the user experience through simple and playful design, applying UX principles
- UI design: create beautiful interfaces with a keen eye on details, colors, and typography
- Play design: collaborate in creating play experiences with a focus on curiosity and discovery
- Self-management: prioritize and meet deadlines, show fantastic attention to detail, and handle ambiguity
- Communication: excellent verbal and written English, great storytelling, precise documentation
- Tools: proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator
Nice to Have
- Highly preferred experience in products for kids or educational tech apps
- Experience with gamification
