About the Role

The role involves designing user experiences and interfaces for digital products, conducting user research, building wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are effective and technically feasible.

Responsibilities

  • Design user flows and journey maps to support intuitive navigation
  • Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and refine designs
  • Develop high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure design implementation accuracy
  • Create interactive prototypes for stakeholder reviews
  • Perform competitive analysis to identify design trends and opportunities
  • Translate user needs into functional design solutions
  • Maintain consistency across design systems and components
  • Work closely with product managers to align design with business goals
  • Iterate on designs based on user feedback and data insights
  • Document design decisions and rationale for future reference
  • Participate in design critiques to improve team output
  • Support accessibility standards in all design deliverables
  • Manage multiple projects with overlapping timelines
  • Communicate design concepts clearly to non-design stakeholders
  • Conduct user interviews to understand pain points and behaviors
  • Synthesize research findings into actionable design improvements
  • Ensure designs meet usability and performance benchmarks
  • Integrate feedback from usability sessions into design updates
  • Produce low-fidelity wireframes for early-stage concepts
  • Collaborate with UX writers to refine interface text
  • Use design tools such as Figma or Sketch to build assets
  • Stay current with industry best practices in UX/UI
  • Contribute to the evolution of the design system
  • Support onboarding processes with user-centered design
