Dev Partners is looking for a UX/UI Designer to shape the future of a SaaS platform for real estate investors and house flippers. You will design user experiences that transform complex deal analysis into clear, efficient, and scalable workflows.
What You'll Do
- Understand the target audience of real estate investors and house flippers.
- Translate business goals and user needs into intuitive design solutions.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes for property deal scanning, analysis, and tracking.
- Define clear interactions for carousel, list, and detailed deal views.
- Ensure seamless workflows for filtering, editing ARV/rehab values, and saving deals.
- Develop high-fidelity mockups and style guides for a professional, modern SaaS product.
- Design responsive layouts optimized for both desktop and tablet use.
- Establish a consistent design system for colors, typography, icons, and components.
- Work closely with developers to ensure smooth handoff and accurate implementation.
- Iterate quickly based on feedback from stakeholders and test users.
What We're Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience in UX/UI design for SaaS or complex web applications.
- A strong portfolio showcasing dashboards, real estate/fintech, or data-heavy applications.
- Proficiency with design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Experience building and maintaining design systems and component libraries.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear user flows and interfaces.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with developers and stakeholders.
