What You'll Do
- Design empathy maps, player journey diagrams, and detailed feature flows to guide user-centered solutions
- Build wireframes and interactive prototypes that bring gameplay concepts to life
- Refine micro-interactions and microcopy to improve clarity and engagement
- Apply usability heuristics and design principles to identify and fix interface challenges
- Use both qualitative feedback and quantitative data to iterate and enhance designs
- Stay immersed in gaming culture by actively playing titles and engaging with player communities
- Share expertise with peers and support team growth through mentorship and collaboration
What We're Looking For
- At least three years of hands-on UX design experience in the gaming industry
- A degree, certificate, or equivalent background in UX or interaction design
- Strong grasp of user-centered design, gestalt principles, and usability standards
- Proven ability to develop complex feature flows and functional prototypes
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
- A collaborative mindset and genuine enthusiasm for team-based problem solving
Nice to Have
- Additional skills in UI or visual design
- Prior work within game development studios or live game operations
