Responsibilities
- Convert product concepts into wireframes, mockups, task flows, and other UX deliverables to improve user experience.
- Support design decisions with data, including performance metrics, market research, and usability testing.
- Advocate for high-quality user experience within business goals and technical limitations.
- Design information architecture, navigation structures, and interaction patterns for websites and mobile apps.
- Develop, refine, and enforce design standards, guidelines, and strategies.
- Work during US Central Time hours.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in fine arts, industrial design, or a related field; coursework in user-centered design, human-computer interaction, or similar areas is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of five years of experience creating wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes using tools such as Sketch, InVision, Figma, or comparable software.
- At least three years of experience designing and maintaining websites and mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms.
- Proven ability to link UX design efforts to measurable business or product outcomes, including adoption rates, user satisfaction, and performance metrics.
- Curious, collaborative, detail-focused, and enthusiastic about creating exceptional customer experiences.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, along with a portfolio demonstrating relevant design work and qualifications.
Nice to Have
- Experience conducting user research including interviews, heuristic evaluations, task analysis, and usability testing.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as CSS, JavaScript, React, or jQuery.
- Proficiency with visual design tools like Photoshop and Illustrator.
