Wipro is seeking a UX Designer to conduct user research, create sitemaps, customer journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes using design thinking principles. The role involves collaborating with business analysts and project managers to understand client needs and deliver user-centered digital product experiences.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate the client’s product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for digital products
- Deploy different research methods like surveys, market analysis, qualitative research, webex sessions, interviews etc to get inputs on the overall product/ application design flow
- Create strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features
- Apply design thinking approach to create a wireframe as per expected application design
- Work closely with business analysts and project manager to understand customer’s expectations and requirements
- Create an interaction design of the product/ application and review it with the customers
- Identify the current limitations clients and users are facing and refine the prototype accordingly
- Continuously take feedback from the customer to finalize the design to create the user interface
- Create and conduct mock-ups for the development of the product
- Support user interface design in developing the static design of the prototype shared to ensure the client needs are met
- Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate the designs
