Responsibilities
- Perform user research using interviews, surveys, and usability testing to uncover user behaviors and needs.
- Transform research findings into user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
- Create clear and effective user flows and interface interactions for web and mobile platforms.
- Work alongside UI designers and developers to ensure design feasibility and technical accuracy.
- Refine and improve designs based on user feedback, testing outcomes, and data analysis.
- Promote user advocacy during all stages of product development.
- Contribute to and maintain design systems and UX documentation standards.
- Ensure alignment and consistency of user experience across all subsystems.
- Plan and execute usability testing sessions and user surveys to validate design decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Demonstrated professional experience in a UX design or similar role.
- Solid grasp of user-centered design methodologies and principles.
- Proficient in using design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Capable of conducting user research and interpreting usability testing results.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
- A portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX processes and design reasoning.
- Background in industrial, power, or energy automation systems is required.
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant work experience.
