Responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders to gather and interpret business requirements, then transform them into compelling user experience concepts.
- Work closely with full stack developers, product owners, and business teams to craft user-centered, functional, and engaging digital experiences.
- Explore user needs and pain points to identify opportunities for impactful design improvements.
- Design exceptional healthcare applications for both web and mobile environments.
- Create user interaction models for complex, UI-heavy applications, including workflow analysis and development of low- and high-fidelity prototypes.
- Partner with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs, achieving pixel-perfect results.
- Lead design workshops and deliver presentations to share UX knowledge and practices across teams.
- Develop innovative concepts through prototyping and apply design thinking methodologies effectively.
- Adhere to employment terms, company policies, and management directives, including potential changes in work location, team, shift, or work arrangements due to evolving business needs.
Responsibilities
- Interacting with stakeholders to understand business requirements (verbal and/or written) and effectively translate and apply them to create persuasive User Experience design concepts for the applications or products
- Collaborate with all full stack developers, product owners, and business to design usable, desirable, and feasible experience that delight the users
- Investigating user needs and requirements, and identifying areas where constructive changes can have maximum impact
- Designing world-class healthcare application (web and mobile)
- User interaction design for complex UI intensive applications: analysis of workflow, creation of Lo/Hi-Fi mockups and prototypes, and design consultations
- Closely work with developers to get the pixel perfect design and ensure that there is no error while translating the wireframes and visual design to code
- Conduct design workshops and presentations to transfer UX know-how
- Innovate/prototype new ideas and expert in applying design thinking
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment).
