This position is responsible for shaping the structure and flow of user experiences across products and services, applying user-centered design principles to deliver innovative, seamless interactions. The role involves leading design efforts from concept to implementation, ensuring intuitive and cohesive experiences across digital and physical interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Inspires and guides multiple design teams and internal or external partners across all phases of user experience design and development, including information architecture, validation, and specification definition.
- Creates user experience solutions for products and services in alignment with established design principles, strategy, and best practices.
- Builds and strengthens relationships with internal teams and external partners involved in user experience design and development.
- Collaborates with Product Marketing, R&D, quality assurance, and support teams to gather user insights and develop experience improvements.
- Conducts user experience testing and collects data according to research plans; analyzes findings and communicates results to design stakeholders.
- Evaluates designs and project activities for compliance with user experience standards and provides actionable feedback to enhance product quality.
- Offers specialized user experience expertise and perspective to cross-organizational initiatives and programs.
- Promotes innovation by integrating emerging technologies and evolving design languages into user experience practices.
- Mentors and provides guidance to junior team members to support professional growth and design excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology, User Interface Design, or a related field.
- Typically requires 9 to 12 years of professional experience.
- Must have full lifecycle product design and delivery experience, spanning ideation, concept development, and implementation.
- Broad experience applying user-centered design principles, theories, and concepts across a range of information technology and consumer products and services.
- Demonstrated ability to create seamless, intuitive experiences across digital interfaces and physical product interactions, bridging hardware and software for a unified user experience from concept to launch.
- Experience working in fast-paced software environments with the ability to meet aggressive deadlines.
- Experience designing web and mobile solutions, with enterprise design experience being a plus.
- Proven experience in developing and executing research and data collection plans for interactive and interface design testing and validation.
- Skilled in reviewing designs for alignment with product architecture and recommending design or technological improvements to enhance interactive quality.
- Ability to clearly communicate interactive design data, proposals, and product specifications to senior leadership and negotiate design solutions.
- Proficient in wireframing and prototyping tools such as Figma and Miro.
- Experience conducting and applying UX research to inform design decisions.

Compensation
$130,350 to $200,750 annually. Equity and bonus available for US candidates.
