Requirements
- Minimum of four years of professional experience in UX and UI design roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in an information technology field or equivalent practical experience.
- Skilled at explaining design decisions using verbal and visual methods supported by user research or data.
- Must provide a compelling portfolio showcasing original and inventive design work.
- Capable of interpreting complex user experience challenges and simplifying them into intuitive designs.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation abilities, with proficiency in conveying interactive design concepts to varied stakeholders.
- Experienced in working closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of design elements.
- Able to adjust quickly to evolving project requirements and fast-paced changes.
- Proven experience developing wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flow diagrams.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS, JSON, and Angular.js.
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript and JavaScript libraries such as JQuery.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Agile development practices is advantageous.
- Background in responsive web design is beneficial.
- Prior involvement in user research and usability testing is preferred.
- Proficient in visual design software such as Photoshop or Illustrator.

- 4+ years of industry experience in UX/UI design.
- Bachelor's degree in an IT related field or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to support work verbally and visually with well-thought out design rationale, data or user research.
- A strong portfolio or samples of work demonstrating creative and innovative design solutions.
- Ability to quickly grasp and distill highly complex user design issues into clean, understandable solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills including the ability to communicate complex, interactive design concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences.
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment directly with developers for implementation of designs.
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and process flows for UX development.
- Experience with HTML5, CSS, JSON, and Angular.js
- Experience with JavaScript and JavaScript frameworks like JQuery is required.
