We seek a Data Analyst to join our Business Intelligence team. You'll collaborate with analysts to develop data pipelines, transform data, generate insights, and create reports and dashboards that drive strategic decision-making. Reporting to the Business Intelligence Manager, you'll play a crucial role in our digital transformation while maintaining a human-centered approach to customer interactions. Your responsibilities will include driving efficiency through robust measurement, actionable KPIs, and analytics. You'll work closely with operational and customer product teams to model data from business systems.
