Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for key business stakeholders
- Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources
- Collaborate with teams to understand data requirements and deliver insights
- Identify trends and patterns in customer behavior and service performance
- Support the creation of automated reporting solutions
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across platforms
- Translate business questions into analytical queries
- Produce regular performance summaries for leadership review
- Optimize data workflows to improve efficiency
- Contribute to data governance and documentation standards
- Assist in the validation of data models and KPIs
- Work with SQL to query databases and retrieve information
- Utilize data visualization tools to present findings clearly
- Support ad hoc analysis requests from various departments
- Monitor data quality and escalate issues when necessary
- Participate in testing new reporting features and updates
- Document analytical processes and share knowledge across teams
- Help maintain secure access to data systems
