Support and scale user research operations in an international environment by managing AI integration, feedback systems, repository structure, tooling infrastructure, and cross-team collaboration to enhance research efficiency and insight accessibility.
Responsibilities
- Implement AI applications throughout the research process, from planning to analysis and synthesis
- Develop AI agents to support research workflows
- Automate the analysis of both qualitative and quantitative research data
- Integrate AI-powered tools into the current research technology stack
- Establish systems for collecting user feedback, such as in-app satisfaction prompts
- Organize and analyze user feedback to extract meaningful insights
- Incorporate feedback into a continuous monitoring system for ongoing insights
- Structure and maintain a centralized research repository
- Enhance the ease of access to the research repository for all teams
- Promote the use of research insights across departments
- Manage and continuously improve the suite of research tools
- Conduct regular evaluations of research tools, with a focus on AI-based solutions
- Encourage broader adoption of research tools across teams
- Support the planning and execution of international research studies
- Assist in recruiting participants for international research initiatives
- Coordinate research activities across different countries
- Ensure high data quality standards in all international research efforts
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of experience in Research Ops or User Research roles
- Proven experience managing participant databases, panels, and research software such as Dovetail, UserTesting, Maze, and Lookback
- Familiarity with challenges related to research repository and knowledge management
- Strong interest in applying AI technologies to user research processes
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, Data, and Tech
- Self-motivated, detail-focused, and highly organized
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken

Work Arrangement
