NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture, is hiring a User Experience Designer to implement the user interfaces for our system's web applications. You will focus on creating intuitive, accessible, and consistent user experiences by conducting user research, developing wireframes and prototypes, and working with developers to ensure the final product meets user needs.
What You'll Do
- Create user personas and journey maps to understand user needs and behaviors.
- Design information architecture and navigation flows to optimize user workflows.
- Develop interactive prototypes to validate design concepts.
- Establish and maintain design systems and component libraries.
- Implement responsive designs that work across various devices.
- Ensure compliance with accessibility standards.
- Conduct usability testing to identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with product owners to align designs with business requirements.
- Stay current with UI/UX trends and best practices.
- Support the government conducting enterprise system architecture activities.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience.
- Experience with data visualization and/or dashboards.
- Experience with Storyboards or Wireframes.
- Experience with User Experience (UX), User Research or Persona Creation.
- Active Secret clearance.
