Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end paid campaigns on Meta, including account setup, audience segmentation, and performance scaling.
- Implement and maintain analytics infrastructure such as Appsflyer, Pixel, and CAPI to generate actionable marketing insights.
- Ensure long-term profitability by meeting ROI and ROMI goals while optimizing customer acquisition costs.
- Identify expansion opportunities by testing new markets, audiences, and promotional methods.
- Design and execute experiments based on hypotheses to validate and scale effective strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align goals, share learnings, and improve overall campaign performance.
Requirements
- At least one year of hands-on experience in performance marketing with direct Meta Ads management.
- Demonstrated success in managing and scaling mobile app user acquisition through direct buying.
- Strong knowledge of attribution tools including AppsFlyer, SKAN, and CAPI.
- Ability to develop testable hypotheses, run controlled experiments, and scale proven tactics.
- Minimum English language proficiency at B1 level.
Nice to Have
- Experience managing advertising campaigns on TikTok Ads, Google Ads, or Apple Search Ads.
- Background in educational technology or language learning applications.
- Prior experience building app tracking systems from scratch, including Pixel, CAPI, and full technical integration.
