PointClickCare is hiring a Senior Software Implementation Consultant - Clinical to lead the deployment of our industry-leading senior living platform. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through complex clinical software implementations to improve resident care and operational efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects for clinical software in senior living communities.
- Configure and customize the platform to meet specific client workflows and clinical requirements.
- Conduct virtual training sessions and provide expert guidance to ensure user adoption.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience.
- Provide post-implementation support and act as a primary clinical software resource.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience implementing or administering clinical/EHR software.
- Deep understanding of clinical workflows in senior living or long-term care settings.
- Strong consulting skills with the ability to manage client relationships and expectations.
- Excellent presentation and training skills for a virtual, remote-first environment.
- Ability to translate complex clinical needs into technical configurations.
Work Mode
