PointClickCare is looking for a Manager, Professional Services to oversee the delivery of our solutions to healthcare clients. You will lead and manage a team responsible for implementing and optimizing our platform to meet customer needs.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage professional services engagements for new and existing clients
- Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within budget
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact
- Mentor and guide team members on best practices for service delivery and client management
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support teams
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing client-facing professional services or implementation teams
- Strong background in project management methodologies and client relationship management
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
