UMB AG is looking for a Professional System Engineer to take responsibility for supporting complex customer infrastructures for local SMEs. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor from planning and innovative implementation through to subsequent operations.
What You'll Do
- Support complex customer infrastructures for local SMEs in close on-site or remote customer contact.
- Advise, operate, and further develop customer on-premise, private, and public cloud platforms.
- Participate in change, problem, and incident management (second-level) and independently implement projects.
- Capture IT infrastructure-related customer requirements and actively support the presales process.
- Support the creation of IT concepts and architectures based on requirements.
- Ensure optimal customer support and project implementation with a focus on quality.
What We're Looking For
- Completed higher IT education, comparable training with manufacturer certifications, or a career changer with relevant professional experience.
- Broad understanding of IT architectures.
- Several years of experience with IT infrastructures including Windows Server and Client, network, databases, and Azure.
- Excellent German language skills.
- Good English language skills.
