About the Role
The UI/Visual Designer will create high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and visual assets for web and mobile applications. This role emphasizes user-centered design principles, attention to detail, and consistency across platforms.
Responsibilities
- Develop user interface designs from concept to implementation
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Collaborate with UX designers and product teams to refine workflows
- Ensure visual consistency across all digital touchpoints
- Translate product requirements into design solutions
- Conduct design research to inform visual decisions
- Present design concepts to stakeholders for feedback
- Iterate on designs based on user testing and input
- Maintain and evolve the design system and component library
- Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation
- Optimize designs for performance and accessibility
- Stay current with design trends and emerging technologies
- Document design patterns and usage guidelines
- Support branding initiatives with visual assets
- Participate in user testing sessions and design critiques
Nice to Have
- Experience with motion design or prototyping tools
- Familiarity with user research methods
