Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of internal training initiatives for each quarter's product releases.
- Collaborate with Product and Product Marketing to convert product updates into practical sales messaging for customer-facing teams.
- Enhance client engagement by improving consistency and effectiveness across post-sales interactions.
- Work alongside CS Ops Program Manager, VP of Customer Success, and VP of Services to design skill-building curricula and schedule quarterly enablement activities.
- Develop and oversee certification programs for new post-sales hires to ensure role readiness.
- Ensure timely and clear internal communication so stakeholders can access training materials when needed.
- Support the evolution of content management systems and contribute to the administration of enablement tools.
