Bluelight Consulting is seeking a UI/UX & Visual Designer to join their team remotely, with a focus on Latin America. The designer will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually compelling user experiences across digital platforms.
What You'll Do
- Design user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement designs
- Conduct user research and usability testing
- Maintain and evolve the design system and brand guidelines
- Ensure designs are accessible and meet usability standards
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX and visual design work
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Understanding of user-centered design principles
- Experience with responsive and mobile-first design
- Fluency in English
Nice to Have
- Experience working with remote teams
- Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Experience in the healthcare or technology industry
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies
