Shape meaningful digital experiences as a UI/UX Designer for a platform dedicated to advancing career outcomes in higher education. In this remote-first role based in India, you’ll take full ownership of the design lifecycle—from initial concepts to final launch—ensuring every interaction is intuitive, inclusive, and effective.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end design initiatives, translating user needs into high-fidelity prototypes and polished interfaces
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and UX writers to align design with technical and business goals
- Conduct user research using methods like interviews, journey mapping, and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Iterate quickly on wireframes and prototypes based on feedback and real-world usage scenarios
- Ensure all designs meet accessibility standards and serve a diverse range of users across institutions
- Define and monitor success metrics such as engagement, task completion, and usability scores
- Contribute to and maintain a scalable design system to promote consistency across platforms
- Stay current with evolving design trends and apply relevant innovations to improve product experiences
- Lead internal design projects, manage timelines, and proactively resolve blockers with cross-functional teams
- Share insights and tools with the team to foster continuous learning and improvement
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX or human-computer interaction design
- Proven track record of delivering digital products from concept to launch with engineering and product teams
- Strong proficiency in Figma, with a willingness to deepen expertise
- Ability to articulate the reasoning behind design choices with clarity and confidence
- Experience using data, testing, and research to guide design improvements
- Solid project management skills, with the initiative to drive work forward independently
- Comfort working in a remote, collaborative environment with asynchronous communication
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
