Agiloft is hiring a UI/UX Designer & Developer to join our software engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end user experience, from conceptual design to functional implementation, ensuring our software is both intuitive and powerful.

What You'll Do

Design user-centered interfaces and experiences for Agiloft's software products.
Develop and implement front-end components based on your designs.
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
Collaborate closely with software engineers to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.
Maintain and evolve our design system and component library.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in both UI/UX design and front-end development.
Strong portfolio showcasing design process and implemented projects.
Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) and front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Ability to translate user needs and business requirements into elegant design solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills within an engineering team.
