What You'll Do
Design seamless user experiences for web and mobile applications, from initial wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes. Translate user needs and product goals into functional, accessible interfaces using Figma, with an emphasis on usability and visual clarity. Create interactive mockups that clearly communicate design intent to stakeholders and developers.
Develop engaging visual content for digital marketing, including social media graphics, banners, and presentation materials. Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external communications, supporting marketing and business development with timely, on-brand design solutions. Respond to ad-hoc requests while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
Collaborate with cross-functional team members to refine product experiences, incorporating feedback and usability insights. Leverage AI-powered design tools to accelerate iteration and improve efficiency. Contribute to the evolution of design systems and reusable components to maintain consistency and scalability.
Requirements
- At least three years of experience in UI/UX design, demonstrated through a strong portfolio
- Proficiency with Figma, including components, prototyping, and design systems
- Experience designing responsive interfaces and native mobile apps for iOS and Android
- Fluency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva for graphic creation
- Ability to switch context between product design and marketing visuals
- Understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility standards, and usability best practices
- Capacity to work independently with minimal oversight in a remote, part-time setup
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality
