Responsibilities
- Formulating and evaluating hypotheses to gain customer validation for platform offerings
- Identifying user objectives and real-world application contexts
- Designing functional structure, interface layout, and navigation flow for cloud-hosted applications
- Producing wireframes, interactive prototypes, usability assessments, and supporting documentation
- Building detailed, high-fidelity prototypes focused on simplicity and ease of use
- Refining initial wireframes into polished, user-friendly visual designs
- Collaborating closely with engineering teams to implement user-centric product features
- Performing recurring user research using methods such as surveys, interviews, A/B testing, and observational studies

- Must be a U.S. citizen with an active TS/SCI security clearance
- This role is based in Tampa, FL and requires a minimum of three in-office days per week
- We are seeking direct, full-time W2 employees only; third-party agencies, C2C arrangements, and 1099 contractors will not be considered
